| 5 stars for sure! This forbidden mafia romance genre is fast becoming a favorite of mine. I'm loving the right mix of suspense, drama, romance and violence in this series. The story-writing of these two amazing authors will keep you to the edge of your seat, practically buzzing with anticipation.. needing to know what will happen next. Will the bad guys win or will the star-crossed lovers finally get their well-deserved HEA? Pick book #1 in this series and start reading, it will be worth every second, I promise! The couple's chemistry was off the charts hot AGAIN! The dirty talking, the sweet words, again! I even shed a few tears at some particularly heart-wrenching scenes.. The duo Bethany-Kris and London Miller did not disappoint, simply mind-blowing! This book lived up to my expectations and so much more.. I cannot wait for the third installment in the series since that ending left screaming in disbelief! |
