Wren Bradford, an eighteen year old high school student, has a chance encounter with a handsome young man while at Las Vegas with her mother. However, they do decide to give this new relationship a chance since it certainly seemed that destiny had already decided for them. ''Becoming Mrs Lockwood'' has simply blown me away! It's certainly not something new but the way the story was presented made all the difference. I could relate to Wren and Weston. This fantasy that he had to live a normal life with someone who appreciated him for he was and not for his wealth. Though Wren was not totally optimistic about this new turn that her life had suddenly taken, she was willing to make this marriage work. The ups and downs in their not so stable bond had me in tears at times. I felt so connected till the very end. I devoured this book in one sitting. K.I. Lynn is fast becoming a go-to author for me. Her writing is fascinating and I cannot wait for what she writes next!
