This trilogy proves why Meghan March is a best seller. Defiant Queen is only the second book and I am white knuckling my kindle as I wait for Sinful Empire.
I’ve always wondered how deep and dark the minds of authors can go when creating a story and its characters. Meghan March has us falling deep into her soul with Mount and Kiera. We jump right in to Defiant Queen with a few answers but even more questions. The passion that Kiera and Mount ignite is explosive and has the pages flying to infinity and beyond. Their love affair is beyond anything I expected.
Kiera is more stubborn and stronger than ever. She continues to stand her ground and refuses to be owned by anyone especially Mount, too bad her body betrays her every time he’s around. She needs him and is ready to do anything for that protection.
Mount is brutal and fierce. He is respected and feared. In Defiant Queen we witness just how far he goes to protect those that belong to him. He’s always wanted Kiera and now that he has her there’s no way he’s letting her go. Lachlan Mount is ready for his queen and now he must convince her to play by his rules.
This trilogy is unlike anything Meghan March as written to date. Defiant Queen is raw and dirty and leaves you completely breathless.
