Ex-wife.

Love of his life.

The last person in the world he wanted to see...ever.

Review
I am giving this book 5 stars. The reason I am giving this book such a high rating is because this was such a sweet heartbreaking love story, so be warned if you love romances that build up to the big happy ending that does not come easy than you are going to absolutely enjoy this book. Now I don't want to give away too much of this beautiful love story, but I will give you a little intro of why you should read this book. So Brant and Nikki were married but sadly the marriage ended that left both of them heartbroken and very angry let's just say that after their divorced everything kind of went downhill for both of them well mostly for Brant. As you start to unravel his story you read how much it hurts him that he lost the love of his life. Brant is a very complex man sometimes you love him, and then other times you want to hit him up side the head because maybe that will knock some senses in him lol. But what I loved is how you can see him changing and starting to realize how he needs to fight for what he want, and that's exactly what he does. Nikki is a woman who started her life over with new friends and is happy, but there's still something missing she may seem perfect on the outside, but on the inside she unhappy because she misses and still loves her ex-husband. She had to become a new strong woman that depends on nobody but herself. But things are about to change for the both of them because with some meddling family members they are about to work in the same place which means they go from never seeing each other to being in each other life everyday. I loved how their family knew they belonged together, so they did everything in their power to make it happen. Honestly this worked out so perfectly because they start to heal old wounds by putting everything on the table. What I loved most about this story was how they both started to understand how they both made mistakes which by admitting helped mend their relationship. But what it all came down to was did they want to rekindled their relationship or was it better to just let it go and walk away from each other. If you have not read this series yet I think you should really check it out. Believe me when I say you will not be sorry.
